I was given this coffee table by a friend who was moving country!
It used to have a black and gold geometric pattern which wasn't to our taste so we deciced to strip off the paint and replace with a handpainted pinstripe design.
We removed the glass top and used paint stripper to remove the old design. Once the glass was clear we pinstripped it by hand.
On the wooden base we used red gloss paint and sprinkled red glitter to create a red flake effect.
It is now a center piece in our living room and I think that what we did to it still reflects the style of the table, but a little bit more Rock'n'Roll!
